Our recommended everyday oil, this is well balanced, smooth, fruity, and tad buttery with just the right amount of green, peppery pungency. Notes of mint, cinnamon, and tomato leaf make this excellent for sautéing, baking, and salads, or with our herb mix for bread dipping. It’s also Heather’s oil of choice for pie crusts.
